JetBuz Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on JetBuz, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with the JetBuz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

JetBuz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the version number and date shown at the top of this document. Continuing to use JetBuz after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you are accessing JetBuz on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms, and you accept personal liability for any failure to comply.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a JetBuz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JetBuz operates a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You must be accessing JetBuz from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of JetBuz is lawful in your location.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on JetBuz or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of JetBuz or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative for any third party when placing bets or making transactions on JetBuz.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one JetBuz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of all balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact JetBuz support immediately to have one closed.

When registering on JetBuz, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

Your JetBuz password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. JetBuz will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is treated as activity you authorised, whether or not you were actually the person taking the action.

JetBuz uses your registered Pakistani mobile number as the primary identifier for your account. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash registered mobile number must correspond to your JetBuz account details for withdrawals to be processed. Mismatches will trigger a verification hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All JetBuz account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on JetBuz:

JetBuz does not accept deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits are prohibited. If a deposit is received from an account not registered to the JetBuz account holder, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawals on JetBuz are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you contact support with a documented reason for a different method. JetBuz may request proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

JetBuz does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — JetBuz has no control over these. The withdrawal amount you see in your JetBuz wallet is the amount that will be sent; any provider fees are deducted by the provider itself.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on JetBuz are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the system, except where JetBuz determines there has been a manifest error in the odds, game outcome, or system processing. A manifest error is defined as an obvious, unintentional mistake — such as odds displayed at a factor of 100 times the correct value due to a system fault.

JetBuz reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a clear technical or human error. In such cases, the stake is returned to your JetBuz wallet and no winnings are paid. Deliberately identifying and exploiting manifest errors is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

For sports betting markets on JetBuz, results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting authority — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket and FIFA/UEFA for football. In-play markets settle based on the score or outcome at the moment the event concludes, not at any earlier point during play.

Casino and slot games on JetBuz settle in real time based on the certified RNG outcome. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on the basis that the player expected a different result. Technical issues that cause a game session to abort before completion will result in the return of the player's stake where the outcome is genuinely indeterminate.

JetBuz enforces maximum bet and maximum win limits that vary by game type, market, and stake level. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Attempts to circumvent bet limits through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering with third parties are prohibited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JetBuz offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all JetBuz promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any player found circumventing this rule will have the bonus removed and may face account suspension.
• Wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be completed before any balance derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in full before withdrawal eligibility applies.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements on JetBuz. Slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting markets contribute at a reduced rate, and some games may contribute 0%. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, both the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. The player's own deposit balance, if any, remains unaffected.
• JetBuz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, existing bonus balances already awarded remain subject to their original wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JetBuz. Engaging in any prohibited behaviour will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one JetBuz account under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Match fixing and collusion: Attempting to fix, manipulate, or predetermine the outcome of any sporting event or game, or colluding with other players to create an artificial advantage in poker or any other multi-player game on JetBuz.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit by exploiting pricing differences across markets. JetBuz monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets identified as part of an arbitrage strategy.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using other means to claim the same promotion more than once, or using automated tools to exploit promotional offers on JetBuz.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to JetBuz. This constitutes attempted fraud and will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the JetBuz platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Money laundering: Using JetBuz to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing or legitimising proceeds from illegal activity. JetBuz cooperates fully with financial authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the JetBuz platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, data, and the JetBuz brand name — is the intellectual property of JetBuz or its licensed game providers. No part of the JetBuz platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or displayed in any form without the prior written consent of JetBuz.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JetBuz platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to scrape, frame, or reproduce any part of the JetBuz platform, collect odds data for commercial purposes, or create derivative works based on JetBuz content.

9 Limitation of Liability

JetBuz provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, JetBuz does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetBuz's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim. JetBuz is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

JetBuz accepts no liability for losses resulting from the player's own decision to place bets or play games. Gambling involves risk of financial loss — by using JetBuz, you acknowledge that you accept this risk entirely.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

JetBuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• Providing a service to the account holder would expose JetBuz to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• The account is linked to another suspended or fraudulent account

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, JetBuz will conduct an internal investigation. If the breach is confirmed, all balances — including any pending withdrawals and bonus funds — may be forfeited. If the investigation clears the account, access will be restored and any suspended withdrawal will be processed.

If you wish to close your JetBuz account voluntarily, contact support at support@jetbuz.run. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

JetBuz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using JetBuz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

JetBuz uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data shared with payment processors such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and banks is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete your transaction.

All data stored by JetBuz is encrypted at rest and in transit using 256-bit SSL technology. Access to player data within the JetBuz organisation is restricted on a need-to-know basis and logged for audit purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

JetBuz takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a set of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility on JetBuz immediately. Self-exclusion activates instantly, covers all games and betting markets, and is enforced for the full duration you choose — ranging from 24 hours to 5 years.

JetBuz will not contact self-excluded players with promotional materials during their exclusion period. If you receive a promotional communication from JetBuz while under self-exclusion, please report it to support@jetbuz.run immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.

The JetBuz platform is strictly for adults. If you believe a minor is using JetBuz or has accessed the platform, please notify us immediately at support@jetbuz.run.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JetBuz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any changes.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights as a player — JetBuz will attempt to notify registered players via the contact details on their account. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of JetBuz after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the JetBuz platform and close your account. Closing your account does not forfeit any real-money balance you hold at the time of closure.
