JetBuz is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted at registration using date of birth, and CNIC verification may be requested to confirm age for any account.
If JetBuz becomes aware that an account has been created by or for a person under 18, that account will be immediately suspended, any balance refunded to the originating payment method, and all associated data deleted from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created a JetBuz account, please contact us immediately at support@jetbuz.run so we can act.
11 Payment Data and PKR Transactions
JetBuz processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When you make a deposit or withdrawal via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard, the payment is processed by the relevant provider's systems — not directly by JetBuz. This means JetBuz does not store your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash account password, full bank account number, or card CVV at any point.
What JetBuz does retain is the transaction record — amount, timestamp, payment method type, and a masked identifier (e.g. the last four digits of a card number or the first and last digits of a mobile number). These records are necessary for account balance accuracy, withdrawal processing, and AML compliance.
JetBuz uses your payment data to verify that withdrawals go to the same source as deposits — a security measure to prevent funds being redirected to accounts you do not own. If you need to use a different payment method for a withdrawal than the one used for deposits, contact JetBuz support, who will guide you through the verification steps required.
12 Marketing Communications
JetBuz may send you promotional communications — including information about bonuses, new game launches, tournaments, and special offers — if you have consented to receive them during registration or at any point thereafter.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by:
